Country Mutual Insurance Brokers select ICE Track for Management Information
Country Mutual has selected IT-Freedom Limited to provide the innovative and sophisticated Management Information solution, ICE Track™. IT-Freedom Limited, the specialist consultancy for the insurance industry, has created the ICE Track solution for brokers who wish to consolidate their management information from disparate and varied broker systems onto a single database from where they can obtain a corporate view of their business.
The brief to IT-Freedom was for Country Mutual to be able to report financial and operational figures across all of its offices in a consistent and timely manner. There were at least 6 different broking systems from which IT-Freedom was to extract information, transform it into a consistent format and load it onto the insurance specific data mart (IDM) for reporting using the ORA toolset. The solution was initially seen as an interim measure whilst the new Sirius4Broking solution was fully implemented. However, following a successful pilot, the brief has been extended and ICE Track is to become the strategic reporting system for Country Mutual in the future.
ICE Track will offer all Country Mutual offices access to their data as well as providing Head Office with the consolidated views. A key requirement is timeliness of information and ICE Track is currently configured to provide a complete business picture on a monthly basis within 2 working days of the month end. Another important aspect to ICE Track is the emphasis on ensuring the accuracy of the data and therefore the quality of the end-user reporting.
