ICE Claims Version 2.2 Released
February 2006 - ICE Claims™ is IT-Freedom’s market leading claims management system. Managing not just the claim itself but focusing on the consequences of the claim and what needs to be done to service the claim, the system has delivered proven service improvements and cost reductions.
With the increase in the use of specialist delegated claims management companies by insurers, new functionality to improve the reserving and payments has been introduced. According to Technical Director Andrew Passfield, “These will give our customers increased efficiency and consistency around reserving. For different types of claims, reserves can be automated and then estimates and payments checked against these. We have also streamlined the whole supplier payment process to speed up timescales and eliminate discrepancies. With our proven ability to interface to policy and other legacy systems, we think insurers will find the system very attractive.”
