Java Software Developers
We are currently looking for Java developers with at least 2 years experience. You will have previous experience of building enterprise Java applications (J2EE) and any knowledge of Spring, Hibernate and Web Services would be a distinct advantage. The role is to join our growing team of talented technical consultants and will cover both product development of our leading technology insurance Claims Management solution together with customisation to meet customer requirements.
You are likely to be degree educated and any experience of working in the insurance marketplace would be an advantage though not essential. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference to a growing company. The role is based in our Camberley development centre in Surrey.
Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible on a day to day basis for the delivery of the customer's project. The Project Manager is answerable to the customer for ensuring the team responsibilities are delivered successfully. The role includes;
- Planning
- Resourcing
- Reporting
- People Management
to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
The IT-Freedom Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of the project and therefore responsible for its success or failure.
Experience in Claims Management solutions and techniques would be an advantage, but is not essential. Your experience in the insurance industry, possibly client side is the value we seek to bring to our customers.
You should be mobile, and willing to work from a variety of customer locations.
Business Analyst
Business Analysts are responsible for understanding our customer’s requirements and communicating these clearly to the IT-Freedom development team throughout the lifecycle of the project.
The Business Analyst will be the key contact for customers to ask any questions regarding our solutions and review the configuration required.
You should be mobile, and willing to work from a variety of customer locations.
