Each event in the case can be quickly expanded in situ and the user has the ability to change the default chronological view group by types as well as an "expand all" button.
ICE Case File contains a full audit function allowing the searching of all actions on the Policy/Claim by user and/or period. The ICE Case File is easily integrated with telephony solutions to provide a complete communications history.
ICE Case File has a comprehensive search function and is fully integrated with scanning solutions. Using our preferred partner, Kofax, we are able to index each word in each document and allow those to be searched through the Case File search. This is a very powerful function when searching for names, registration numbers, etc.
Within the ICE Case File, external document generation solutions are used to create flexible branded documentation. We recommend our preferred partner AIA-ITP for generation of customised documentation using standard Word templates for email, SMS, pdf or fax for onward processing.
